How do I claim a prize?

National Lottery prizes expire 90 days after the date of a draw or the last date a scratch card can be sold. The expiry date for a scratch card prize is provided on the reverse of the ticket.

Prizes can be claimed from retail agents, post office prize claim centres and National Lottery headquarters. Full details on how to claim a prize are available at lottery.ie/useful-info/how-to-claim

Prizes not claimed on time are ringfenced for spending on promoting the National Lottery.

The Regulator checks that it is clear to players when they have won a prize and that the Operator uses its best endeavours to facilitate prize claims - including conducting PR campaigns for jackpot prizes.
