Corporate Affairs Manager – Permanent Full-Time Post

Closing Date: Friday 24th August 2018

Reporting to: The Regulator

Overall Role and Function
The successful applicant will be responsible for the Corporate Services functions in the Office of the Regulator to include the day to day control and management of Human Resources, Facilities Management, Finance, Procurement, IT, Communications, Risk Management, Health and Safety and all Corporate Governance matters.

The person will also be responsible for developing and updating policies and procedures across the organisation in line with best practice and legislative changes to ensure effective systems are in place to support day to day operations and good governance across the RNL. The Corporate Affairs Manager is also actively involved in the PMDS process and training of staff as required. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Corporate Affairs Manager is required to dynamically contribute to the overall direction and effectiveness of the work of the RNL.

Compliance Manager – Permanent Full-time Post

Reporting to: Head of Legal and Compliance

Overall Role and Function
This is a newly created role and the Compliance Manager will be key to assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance and the Regulator in monitoring and enforcing compliance by the Operator of the National Lottery (Operator) with the Act and the Licence.
